Leucine juga ada dalam susu soya tetapi tak sebanyak dalam whey
protein. Leucine dalam cinch shake ni consider natural sebab dari soy. Jadi jika tak nak ambik cinch shake, boleh la
minum susu lembu atau susu soya cuma kite tak tahu effectiveness nye sbb whey ni
sensitif pada heat during pasteurization of dairy milk. Semua susu di pasaran
perlu melalui proses pasteurization untuk bunuh kuman n tahan lama.
